I’ve been a runner since high school. I’ve only used Nike’s run app & the runtastic app. I prefer the runtastic app, but they would probably both work well with a better cellular service provider. I don’t own any wearable devices, though I’ve used heart-rate monitors in the past.

How effective is the Orbit in tracking movement while pushing a manual wheelchair? My husband has tried a few, and the trackers are hit-and-miss on accuracy for distance and calories burned.

I’ve just recently started running and use my fitbit religiously but just recently it died and am looking for something new.

I agree with jkraft. I’m a classic guy at heart, so the blend of stye+wearable technology to bridge the gap between sports & casual wear holds real appeal; because now the device becomes infinitely more functional; & thereby indispensable.

I hope I win, just started my new healthy lifestyle change!

I wear a fitbit every day. I do a mixture of running and walking. I have used the Nike Plus app, the runtastic app and fitbit but am still looking for something that is a little more user friendly.
